Software for the animals, and the people who care for them
Why we built this
Shelters and rescues work incredibly hard, usually on tight budgets, with a few staff and a lot of volunteers. But most of the software built for them is expensive, complicated, or both. So a lot of shelters end up running on spreadsheets and sheer determination.
We started Furdentify to fix that. Simple, affordable software that handles the everyday stuff, so the people running shelters can get back to the animals.
We're animal lovers ourselves. This is software made by animal lovers, for animal lovers, and we price it that way: a fraction of what the big platforms charge, because the tools that help animals shouldn't be out of reach.
What we care about
- Affordable on purpose. We keep our own costs down so we can keep yours down. The shelters doing the most with the least shouldn't get priced out.
- Simple enough for anyone. If you need a manual, we did it wrong. You should be able to figure it out in a few minutes.
- Your data is yours. Your animals, your records, your donors. We just look after them.
- Built with shelters, not just for them. The shelters using it are helping shape where it goes.
